SELL FUN FOR LIVING!!! Motorcycle Dealership Seeking Sales Associate!!! You do not need Motorcycle Sales experience. Just have to be motivated to make money as majority of compensation is commission. You do need some sort of sales experience. iMotorports is one of the largest motorcycle stores in the country. Currently in a major growth mode. We are seeking Motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing high energy self-starters for a position in the sales department. We work with some of the top name brands in the world. It shouldn't be a surprise that we are here to have fun and share our passion all while helping others live their dreams of riding a motorcycle. Currently seeking a Sales Associate. Prior experience in retail sales is preferred. Fluent in a second language is also a plus. Job Type: Commission Major Responsibilities * Adhere to structured sales process * Thorough follow up for all sales prospects * Manage customer transaction and ensure a positive purchasing experience * Welcome guests to the dealership * Ensure that the motorcycle is the right "fit" for the customer * Appointment Scheduling * Proactive with potential customers/leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments Qualifications and Responsibilities * Strong communication/interpersonal skills * Solid phone and computer skills * Motorcycle or power-sports experience preferred, or a desire to learn to ride * Strong work ethic * Motorcycle license required or the desire to obtain one * Have a passion and interest in motorcycles This is a commission job, salary range listed is an average of compensation across our sales team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Work Location: In person
