Newton Family Insurance - Allstate Agency Locations: Mansfield, Duncanville, or Grand Prairie, TX Job Type: Full-time, On-site Compensation: $35,000 annually + Commission About the Role Newton Family Insurance, a trusted and growing Allstate agency, is seeking Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agents to join our in-office teams in Mansfield, Duncanville, and Grand Prairie, Texas. We're looking for motivated professionals who take pride in helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. As an Insurance Agent, you will handle both sales and service-related needs while supporting the agency's growth across personal and commercial lines. Spanish- speaking skills are a strong plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person and phone communication * Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, renewals, and general service needs * Present, quote, and sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, and renters * Support agency growth in personal and commercial markets, with opportunities in the Multifamily housing sector * Maintain accurate and organized client records and policy information * Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed agency performance goals Qualifications * Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused with a service-minded approach * Motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required * Must be available to work on-site at one of our office locations Compensation & Benefits * Base salary starting at $35,000 annually * Uncapped commission opportunities * Paid time off * Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development * Supportive and collaborative office environment How to Apply If you are a licensed Texas P&C agent seeking a long-term career with strong earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
