A Japanese Trading company is locking for a Japanese Bilingual Salesperson in Marietta between $50-70K/year. Job Title Sales Representative Reports To President or General Manager Employment Type Full-Time Location Marrieta, Georgia, USA (Office-based with business travel as required) Position Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales activities in the U.S. market by managing relationships with existing customers, developing new customer relationships. This position works closely with internal teams in the United States and Japan to ensure effective communication, customer satisfaction, and smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, including after-sales support * Respond to and engage with new customers, including sales proposals and follow-up activities * Communicate with customers via phone and email in both English and Japanese * Travel to customer locations as required * Prepare quotations, sales-related documentation, and reports * Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, accounting, and headquarters in Japan * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations * Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Experience in sales, customer service, or a related business role * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications * Experience working for a Japanese company or with Japan-based teams * B2B sales experience * Knowledge of industrial products, machinery, or technical equipment * Japanese language ability (business level) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
