Licensed Insurance Agent (Health) - 215/240 License Required Location: Boca Raton, FL Compensation: $25/hour About the Role We are looking for Licensed Insurance Agents (215/240 license) to join our Boca Raton office. As a licensed agent, you will work directly with qualified prospects, educate them on health insurance options, and assist them in selecting the right coverage. Responsibilities * Handle leads passed from telemarketers and convert them into enrolled clients * Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions * Present and explain health insurance plans clearly and compliantly * Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations * Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards Qualifications * Active Florida 215 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 240 (Health) license required * Proven sales experience in health insurance or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week License/Certification: * FL 215/240 License (Required) Work Location: In person
