We are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. Customer outreach Associate We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to OEMs and ECMs to set appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs), demonstrate our online platform tool, and inquire about excess inventory they may have. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to OEMs and ECMs to introduce our company and services. * Set appointments for BDMs to meet with potential clients. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our online platform tool to prospects. * Inquire about excess inventory and gather relevant information. * Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system. * Follow up with prospects to ensure a high level of engagement and interest. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients over the phone. * Basic understanding of the OEM and ECM industries is preferred. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telemarketing tools. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage but not required. Competencies: * Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage technical buyers. * Basic knowledge of semiconductor components, electronic chips, and distribution processes (preferred but not required). * Ability to handle objections and build rapport with industry professionals. * Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to sales growth. * Proficiency in data entry. Physical Requirements: This role primarily involves sitting for extended periods while making calls and using a computer. The candidate must be able to operate a telephone headset and maintain focus for high-volume call activities. Normal or corrected vision and hearing are required to communicate effectively.
