Phase III Regional Sales Associate General Summary: This position will consist of visiting independently owned hardware stores (Ace Hardware, True Value & Do It Best) to promote the sale of planograms and promotional displays as well as ensuring proper inventory and planogram integrity. Each of our associates own their territory and enjoy the freedom of making their own schedule.

• Identify opportunities and create unique business plan for each customer
• Present opportunities to customer using purchase data
• Coordinate advertising with regional advertising groups
• Experiment with new sales and merchandising techniques
• Track promotions and resets to measure impact
• Train store personnel and customers on new products
• Demonstrate products to customers and end users
• Report market data to peers and home office
• Other personalized store assistance as needed Job

Requirements

:

• Retail Sales and merchandising experience is preferred (at least 1 year)
• Attention to detail, self-starter, motivated
• Reliable transportation and means of communication
• Ability to establish rapport with store personnel & demonstrate quality customer service
• Independently schedule appointments
• Need MS Office experience: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Territory travel/Trade show travel (some overnight required)
• Physical

: Ability to lift 25 lbs., repetitive bending and kneeling, reach above the head and climb a stepladder Starting salary: Varies based on experience. Paid monthly (by the last Friday of every month). Starting salary: Varies based on experience. Paid monthly (by the last Friday of every month). Phase III Sales Associates are 1099 contract employees and no benefits are available. No taxes are taken out of the monthly salary. It is the responsibility of the Sales Associate to cover the cost of the vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and gasoline unless approved by the Phase III home office. No phone or internet is provided. Travel costs are reimbursed at the discretion of the Phase III home office. Unpaid vacation time is available depending on workload and upon approval of the Phase III home office. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
