About the Role We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across a defined geographic territory. The RSM will focus on business development, account management, and sales execution. This role offers a high level of autonomy, the ability to build and grow your own book of business, and uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach. * Visit customer sites to understand needs, demonstrate value, and build long-term relationships. * Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong customer service and follow-through on all requests. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to support successful deal closure. * Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment. * Partner with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and customer messaging. Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets. * Requirements * Proven success in Industrial MRO sales or related industry. * Knowledge of one or more relevant product categories (e.g., Power Transmission, Fasteners, Electrical, Fluid Power). * Strong prospecting and negotiation skills; self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Existing book of business a plus, but not required.
