Business Development Manager, Staffing & Workforce Solutions Location: Irving, TX Compensation: Competitive base plus uncapped commission Our client is a growing staffing and workforce solutions organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within a defined market. This role partners closely with branch leadership to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently deliver against sales performance expectations. The ideal candidate brings a strong hunter mindset, excels in consultative selling, and thrives in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
