Job Details Position: Counter Sales Associate for HVAC Distributor Salary: $17/hour, 40 hour work week Primary Skill: Sales, Customer Service Location: Richmond, VA Counter Sales Associate Superior Equipment Sales Inc., an independent HVAC equipment and supplies distributor, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for our Richmond branch. We are an employee-owned HVAC wholesaler with a focus on providing superior customer service to contractors throughout Virginia and Northeastern NC. If you are looking to join a small team and make a big difference, we want to hear from you. Job Requirements * Provide superior customer service on the phone and in person * Take orders for HVAC equipment and parts, look up matching items, and provide bids * Process sales tickets through the computer system * Accept payments from customers * Direct customers where to find in-store products Preferred Skills & Experience * HVAC knowledge and industry experience is preferred * Customer service experience is preferred * Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented * Basic computer skills are required We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits including a 401k, bonuses, and health and vacation packages.
