What You 'll Do: You'll be the friendly voice (and sometimes face) of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning -- connecting with customers, sharing updates, and helping people stay comfortable in their homes. Your day-to-day: * Call current and past customers about renewals, services, and special offers (about 75% of your day). * Schedule appointments, answer questions, and keep great notes. * Spend the other 25% of your time out in the community -- meeting neighbors, sharing info, and building relationships.
