Full description of the position
Atlanta Metro area dealership looking for a qualified Sales Manager! As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the overall successful operation of the Sales department and hitting sales objectives. You will manage, train and direct a team of Sales Representatives and lead your sales management team with a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity and accountability. DUTIES: * Drive sales! * Possess a proven track record of success as a General Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership. * Train and build a strong, high performing sales team. * Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas. * Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores. * Assist sales team with customer interactions. * Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. * Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude! * We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package and all the tools you will need to be successful!!
