Full description of the position

Atlanta Metro area dealership looking for a qualified Sales Manager! As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the overall successful operation of the Sales department and hitting sales objectives. You will manage, train and direct a team of Sales Representatives and lead your sales management team with a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity and accountability. DUTIES:

  • Drive sales!
  • Possess a proven track record of success as a General Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
  • Train and build a strong, high performing sales team.
  • Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist sales team with customer interactions.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!

  • At least 3+ years General Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive, powersports, RV, or marine dealership.
  • Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR and background check
