What You 'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate: * Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T's latest wireless, internet, and entertainment products. * Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. * Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals. * Participate in hands-on training, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching to build your knowledge and sharpen your skills. * Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. * Foster lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and expert product knowledge. What We 're Looking For: * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus--but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Team-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
