Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries from customers. * Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment Qualifications * Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written English; bilingual abilities are advantageous * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued * Clean background check required. * Valid Drivers License and personal transportation required. * Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Pay: $48,500.00 - $72,100.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
