Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of sales, and the ability to effectively promote products. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries from customers.
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written English; bilingual abilities are advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued
• Clean background check required.
• Valid Drivers License and personal transportation required.
• Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Pay: $48,500.00 - $72,100.00 per year
