We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative to join a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is a blend of customer service and sales, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to meeting company sales goals. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction; resolve issues promptly. * Process customer orders and provide follow-up/status updates via phone, email, fax, and internet portals. * Take requests for quotes and communicate effectively with customers. * Facilitate communication between customers and departments such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. * Place "cold" and "warm" calls to customers and potential clients to promote sales. * Maintain daily call logs and track customer interactions. * Support escalation processes for customer issues and work collaboratively to resolve them. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in aerospace manufacturing. * Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak). * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus. * Blueprint/drawing interpretation is a plus. * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Must pass drug screening and background check. * Authorized to work in the U.S. under ITAR regulations RIV123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
