Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) Compensation: $80k-$120k, depending on experience Fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established agency. Job Summary A reputable agency is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The candidate will be familiar with a variety of coverage lines across both admitted and non-admitted carriers. Responsibilities * Manage an established book of business. * Serve as a primary point of contact in a client-facing role. * Maintain client relationships while handling both new and renewal submissions. * Review insurance contracts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. * Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing. * Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews. * Verify policy coverage and endorsements on all new and renewal business. * Work independently or collaboratively with the team. * Ensure retention of assigned accounts. * Apply problem-solving techniques to address cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns. Requirements * Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. * Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience. * Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use multiple systems effectively.
