Position Overview As a Qualifying Insurance Representative , you will: * Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients requesting insurance information * Qualify clients based on their needs and connect them with licensed insurance agents * Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system while following compliance procedures This is a W-2 hourly position -- not a commission-only or independent contractor role.
