Sales Representative - Custom Apparel & Promotional Products Location: Fusion Graphics - Riverside, California Compensation: California minimum wage + commission (DOE) We are a growing custom apparel and promotional items company specializing in DTG, DTF, embroidery, screen-printing and a wide range of apparel and promotional products. We primarily work with brands, businesses and organizations to deliver high-quality, custom solutions with excellent service. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help bring in new customers and grow our client base. What You 'll Do * Proactively generate new sales and business opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with clients (businesses, organizations, teams, creators, etc.) * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and decoration methods * Work closely with our manager and production team to ensure smooth order execution and delivery * Manage leads, follow-ups, and ongoing client relationships Compensation & Growth * California minimum wage + commission * Commission structure is negotiable * Starts at a predetermined percentage * Increases as sales volume grows * Strong performers will have clear opportunities to increase earnings over time Preferred Experience (Not Required, but a Big Plus) * Prior experience in custom apparel, printing, embroidery, screen-printing, DTG/DTF, or promotional products sales * Existing industry contacts or a book of business * Understanding of apparel types, decoration methods, and pricing structures Applicants with significant industry experience and established contacts will be strongly considered for higher starting pay and a more aggressive commission structure.
