We are currently hiring a Client Sales Trainee to support and expand our on-the-ground sales initiatives. What You 'll Do as a Client Sales Trainee:

• Engage face-to-face with community members at homes, local events, pop-ups, and designated outreach areas to introduce and promote no-cost or low-cost telecommunications and wireless services.
• Educate and enroll residents in accessible telecommunications programs that provide discounted wireless plans, internet service, and digital tools for eligible individuals.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support by answering questions, overcoming objections, and guiding customers through the enrollment process.
• Track daily interactions and application submissions accurately to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with your outreach team and sales coordinators to refine messaging and outreach strategies for maximum impact. What We 're Looking For in a Client Sales Trainee:

Qualifications

of a Client Sales Trainee :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or a public-facing role preferred.
