Product Manager (Sales) - Water Quality Solutions Location: Rock Hill, SC Are you a natural relationship builder who loves solving problems, digging into technical details, and closing deals? (ITS) , a leader in innovative water quality testing solutions, is seeking a Product Manager (Sales) to join our Rock Hill, SC team. Our products are trusted across industries like municipal water treatment, food & beverage, craft brewing, aquaria, pools & spas, education, and more. This role is perfect for someone who gets excited about technical discussions, asks the right questions, and thrives on helping customers succeed--all while traveling to grow business nationwide. What You'll Do * Sell smarter - develop new accounts, strengthen existing relationships, and drive growth across U.S. markets. * Get curious - engage customers in technical discussions, ask great questions, and learn about their unique applications. * Travel with purpose - attend trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the U.S. (<25%). * Be the expert - master our products, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions that create value. * Lead with energy - bring your inquisitive, self-starter mindset to sales calls, presentations, and team projects. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of sales experience (inside or outside). * Strong communication skills--you're just as comfortable explaining technical details as you are closing a deal. * An inquisitive personality --you enjoy asking questions, learning fast, and having technical conversations. * Self-starter with a competitive, motivated drive to succeed. * Able to travel domestically (25%) for tradeshows and client visits. * Must pass a background check/drug screen and lift 50 lbs when prepping for events.
