Sp ecialiste des ventes d'imprimantes Le Sp ecialiste des ventes Managed Print - Secteur prive est responsable de la specialisation en vente, de la collaboration avec les equipes de gestion des comptes, de la gestion des relations clients et de la fourniture d'une expertise sur les produits et services HP. Le Specialiste des ventes Managed Print est proprietaire des activites de vente axees sur les solutions d'impression, alignees sur une strategie globale de compte pour les comptes existants ou nouveaux. Responsabilit es principales * Se specialiser dans la vente et collaborer avec les equipes de gestion. * Gerer les relations avec les comptes et fournir une expertise sur les produits et services HP. * Atteindre les quotas de vente et elaborer des propositions. * Acquerir de nouveaux clients et assurer le transfert des comptes. * Identifier et poursuivre les opportunites d'expansion au sein des comptes existants et nouveaux. * tre responsable des activites de vente axees sur les solutions d'impression en alignement avec la strategie du compte. * Collaborer avec le responsable de compte pour identifier, conclure, developper, renouveler et finaliser les opportunites. * Assurer une gestion rigoureuse du pipeline et atteindre les objectifs de vente. * tablir une relation professionnelle et consultative avec le client, incluant les cadres superieurs (niveau C) pour les comptes moyens a grands, en developpant une comprehension approfondie des besoins uniques de l'entreprise afin de proposer des solutions adaptees et axees sur les resultats. * Generer de maniere autonome un pipeline pour les offres d'impression et de solutions HP. * Qualifier, documenter et mettre a jour les opportunites et la strategie de poursuite tout au long du processus de vente. * Collaborer avec le responsable commercial pour garantir la taille, le suivi et la visibilite du pipeline a travers le processus de vente, et veiller a ce qu'il reponde aux attentes et aux objectifs. * Collaborer avec les equipes de reussite client et les ressources post-vente afin d'assurer une mise en oeuvre rapide et une adoption efficace des solutions HP. * Tenir des reunions de transition avec les clients pour les ententes contractuelles. * Participer a la preparation des plans de compte (SAR), des revues trimestrielles (QBR), des presentations de valeur ajoutee (VAS) et des documents de presentation de solutions. Formation et exp erience requises * Minimum de 4+ ans d'experience en vente ou dans un role similaire. * Experience ou connaissance des ventes dans le secteur private. * Antecedents demontres en matiere d'atteinte des objectifs de vente et de croissance des affaires. * Experience dans la gestion de processus de vente et dans l'etablissement de relations clients. * Solide comprehension des tendances du marche et capacite a transformer les analyses en opportunites d'affaires. * Experience dans la navigation de structures organisationnelles complexes afin d'identifier et de maximiser les opportunites de croissance. Connaissances et comp etences * Pour les postes qui soutiennent des clients ou des partenaires situes dans la province de Quebec, les employes doivent posseder des connaissances de base en anglais, avec la capacite de lire, ecrire et parler. R emuneration et avantages sociaux La remuneration cible totale (OTE) pour ce poste se situe entre $132,150 et $179,750 CAD par ann ee, avec une repartition 60 %/40 % (salaire/prime). Job Description The Managed Print Sales Specialist- Private Sector is responsible for specializing in sales, collaborating with Ownership Teams, managing account relationships, and providing expertise on HP's products and services. This role focuses on achieving sales quotas, developing proposals, landing new logos, and ensuring client hand-offs. The Managed Print Sales Specialist owns Print Solutions focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy with existing or new accounts. Key Responsibilities * Specialize in sales and collaborate with Ownership Teams. * Manage account relationships and provide expertise on HP's products and services. * Achieve sales quotas and develop proposals. * Land new logos and ensure client hand-offs. * Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing and new accounts * Owns the Print focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy. * Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities. * Ensure high-quality pipeline management and achieve sales quotas. * Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client for collaboration products and solutions to propose outcome-based solutions to customers * New Pipeline - To independently generate pipeline for HP's Print/Solutions offering. * Qualify and Update Opportunities - To qualify, document and update opportunity and pursuit strategy throughout the sales process. * Pipeline Management - To partner with sales lead for account to ensure pipeline sizing and tracking and visibility across the sales process; to ensure pipeline for their own product area meets expectations / targets * Implementation and Adoption - To collaborate with Customer Success & other post-sales resources to support timely implementation and effective adoption of HP solutions. Conduct Handover meetings with customers for contractual Deals. * Assist with Account Plans (SAR), QBR, VAS and solutions presentation materials. Education & Experience Recommended: * Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales or a similar role. * Experience in or knowledge of Private Sector Sales. * Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. * Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. * Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. * Experience navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Compensation and Benefits The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $132,150 to $179,750 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.
