We're looking for a driven, people-focused Client Account Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing opportunities, and delivering top-tier customer support while growing their career in the insurance industry. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work directly with prospects and existing clients--helping convert leads, retain accounts, and uncover opportunities to expand coverage.

What You'll Do

• Engage with new and existing clients to drive sales and retention
• Follow up on inbound leads and warm prospects to close policies
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase account value
• Deliver confident, solution-based conversations over phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM and agency systems What We're Looking For
• Sales mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (insurance a plus)
• Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations
• Organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM and quoting systems quickly
• Florida insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain (training available) What We Offer
