Key Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders. * Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Chinese to identify their needs. * Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships. * Collaborate with the warehouse, project and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. * Perform market research to support nationwide business expansion. Requirements: * Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong verbal and written skills. * Legal Status: Must have legal working status in the U.S. * Results-Oriented: You are driven by goals, numbers, and closing deals. * Hardworking & Resilient: You possess a strong work ethic, are willing to learn, and can handle a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in sales or the warehousing industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
