*The Unicorn Group of North Carolina is a family owned with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolia. Unicorn specializes in Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire and Temporary job placements. We are a personalized full-service staffing agency that "takes the time" to help your company staff for temporary or full-time employee needs. The Unicorn Group is currently hiring a sales representative for its Charlotte location. Location: Charlotte Hours: (32 to 40) Flexible hours Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree (Recommend) * 1+ years of relevant sales experience required in a recruiting setting. (Required) * Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. In lieu of bachelor's degree: candidates with 3+ years of total experience will be considered. Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the profile, revenue and reach of the Unicorn Group * Build sustainable relationships and trust with new customers through open and interactive communications about their accounts * Travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers along with travel between company's offices * Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new clients * Develop and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive increased revenues * Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales * Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates on leads and new clients * Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions. * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Participate in job fairs and volunteering in community events to increase brand awareness and support causes that benefit the community * Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
