The Role: Be the Captain of Our Cruise Division As our Cruise Administrative and Sales Manager , you'll lead a dynamic team split between the U.S. and Argentina, driving sales, streamlining operations, and delivering five-star customer experiences. Handle high-value client inquiries like a pro. * Deliver Unforgettable Customer Experiences : Ensure every interaction sparkles with professionalism and care. Resolve escalated issues with finesse and use customer feedback to push for game-changing improvements. * Master the Operations : Oversee ticketing, booking management, payments, and reporting with precision.
