Join our dynamic team as an In-Store Sales/Marketing Representative and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement. We partner with major home improvement retailers and warehouse stores to connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads for home improvement services. We're hiring part- time team members currently with the opportunity to be promoted to full-time based on reliability and performance. We have job openings in the Kansas City metro area as well as Overland Park, Shawnee, Lenexa, Olathe, Leawood, Leavenworth and Lawrence! Responsibilities * Engage with customers in-store at our partnered retail and warehouse locations to promote home improvement services. * Generate qualified appointments by identifying homeowners interested in our offerings and scheduling appointments for our sales team. * Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and rapport with potential clients * Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using provided tools. * Represent our brand professionally within a retail and warehouse environment. This is a Permanent position! You must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday. Shifts run 4-5 hours, 5days a week. Pay starts at $19/hour for meeting an easily obtainable quota, but you have the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions when those appointments turn into sales!! Qualifications: * You must be 18 or older * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Reliable transportation to travel to retail and warehouse locations across the KC (Kansas side) metro * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced retail or warehouse setting. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting marketing and lead generation goals.
