Full description of the position

Position Mission: To lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of in-store lead generators while maintaining strong relationships with retail partner leadership to drive consistent service appointments and brand presence in big box retail locations. Overview: Superior Water and Air is hiring a Retail Partnership & Lead Generation Manager to oversee a statewide team of lead generators embedded in partner big box retail locations. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching team members to effectively engage with customers, generate high- quality leads, and represent our brand with professionalism. In addition to managing day-to-day performance and team development, this position is the key relationship owner for Store and District Managers at our retail partners. You'll ensure alignment on goals, resolve operational issues, and create a collaborative partnership that drives lead volume and customer satisfaction. This is a field-based leadership role requiring regular travel across store locations and close coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Some past experiences that have thrived in this role have been Executive Assistants, Sales Managers, Retail Store Managers, and Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: * Hire, onboard, and coach a team of in-store lead generators across multiple retail locations * Develop performance standards and ensure team members meet or exceed lead generation targets * Conduct regular in-store visits to observe performance, provide feedback, and deliver hands-on training * Partner with sales teams to ensure leads are converting and feedback is shared cross-functionally * Maintain relationships with Store and District Managers to align on store goals, schedules, and expectations * Manage staffing, coverage plans, time tracking, and compliance for in-store teams * Coordinate with marketing on in-store signage, promotions, and brand presence * Monitor and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and performance trends * Troubleshoot issues with store operations, lead capture tools, or team member performance * Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and brand advocacy among the in-store team Core Competencies: * People Leadership: Inspires, develops, and holds team members accountable to clear goals * Retail Relationship Management: Builds strong rapport with partner store leadership * Sales Focus: Keeps team aligned on lead quality, appointment setting, and sales pipeline impact * Coaching & Training: Invests in frontline staff through mentorship, feedback, and development * Operational Discipline: Manages logistics, schedules, and reporting with clarity and consistency * Communication: Serves as the liaison between corporate, field, and partner store teams Aligned with Our Shared Values: * Excellence: You drive performance and professionalism across every store location and customer interaction. * Integrity: You coach with honesty and build trust with both your team and our retail partners. * Solution-Oriented: You adapt quickly and solve challenges in the field to keep things running smoothly. * Collaboration: You work cross-functionally and with retail partners to align efforts and maximize impact. * Innovation: You constantly look for better ways to generate leads, train your team, and build the program. Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, retail sales, or field marketing * Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations * Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing retail or B2B relationships * Experience in home services, sales, or lead generation highly preferred * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with performance targets * Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage travel and multi-site oversight * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to pass background check and drug screening Why you should work with us: One Team.
