Top Job Located in Northbrook, IL Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 Inside Sales Support Coordinator - $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Location: Northbrook, IL Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. A Manufacturers Representative company in Northbrook, IL specializing in castings, forgings, and shot/grit, is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Coordinator to provide critical support to our sales team. You'll act as the liaison between production and customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Inside Sales Support Coordinator Key Responsibilities: * Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up from production to customer delivery. * Perform data entry and basic clerical tasks (filing, printing, etc.). * Serve as a customer service liaison for multiple clients. * Manage multiple tasks/projects while responding positively to customer requests. * Do what it takes to meet customer needs in a fast-paced service environment. Inside Sales Support Coordinator Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. * Strong understanding sales cycle, or ability to quickly learn. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
