Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience * Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to showcase features and increase sales opportunities * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive product presentation * Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product placement * Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism Requirements * Previous retail sales or smoke shop experience is a big plus.
