• Support the sales team and help keep daily tasks running smoothly
• Stay on top of schedules, updates, and follow-ups
• Assist with keeping workflows efficient and on track
• Help resolve small issues and keep communication clear
• Offer light guidance to team members and make sure everyone's aligned
• Work closely with leadership to improve how we operate as we expand What We 're Looking For:
• Must live in or near Little Rock, AR (on-site only)
• Experience in sales support, supervising, or admin roles is helpful
• Strong communication and organizational skills
