Apply Today, Work Today Weekly Pay Job Description: We are Hiring Immediately for a Counter Sales/ Warehouse Associate position! Must be able to speak, read, and write English EandG Terminal is seeking a highly detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Packaging and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves heavy packaging, order filling, checking parts, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, quick to learn, and have prior experience working with automotive parts and part numbers. This is a critical role with potential for growtheventually transitioning into a front counter support position while still maintaining some overlap with warehouse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Perform high-volume packaging and preparation of orders * Accurately fill and verify customer orders * Identify, check, and organize a wide range of automotive parts including clips, bolts, and specialty hardware * Utilize physical catalogs to look up part numbers and SKUs (old-school methods still in use) * Develop familiarity with our full inventory before transitioning to computer-based systems * Support front counter operations once trained * Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace * Ensure absolute accuracy in picking and packaging to prevent customer issues Required Qualifications: * Strong working knowledge of automotive parts (clips, bolts, etc.) * Prior experience using and identifying SKUs and part numbers (Auto parts retail experience highly preferrede.g., AutoZone, O'Reilly, etc.) * Ability to work with physical catalogs to look up part details * Solid computer skills, with a willingness to learn inventory and order systems * Strong math skills, including fractions * Exceptional attention to detailaccuracy is critical due to the variety and specificity of parts * Problem-solving and mechanical aptitude * Must be willing to work hard, take initiative, and continuously learn Preferred Background: * Experience in auto parts retail or warehouse settings * Candidates who have worked with inventory, part identification, or at companies with hands-on parts logistics Why Join EandG Terminal? * Opportunity to grow into a front-facing customer support role * Work in a collaborative team environment with hands-on training * Be part of a company that values precision, knowledge, and dependability Job Requirements: * Ask about our Employee Rewards Program * May be required to lift up-to 25lbs * May be required to perform repetitive motions * Must have reliable transportation * Must be able to work in a team environment Additional Information: * Ask about our Employee Rewards Program * Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and life insurance * Some positions may not require background check or drug test Full-time, Part-time $ 20.00 Shifts Available: * 1st Shift * 2nd Shift * 3rd Shift For this or other positions in your area.
