Join our dynamic team at Furnitalia as a Sales & Design Consultant *at our new Folsom Premium Outlets furniture showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for an *interior design and sales career where you will apply your passion for design in a high-end retail environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service in a high-end retail setting * Assist clients with design consultations and furniture selections * Process sales and perform transactions using our sales and inventory systems * Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience * Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong project-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail * Eager learner with a passion for high-end furniture and design * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment * Previous experience in a retail or design consulting is a plus Skills & Experience: * Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Strong Communication Skills * High School Diploma or higher Compensation Structure: Base pay (hourly) + Sales Commissions + Sales Target Bonus Does This Sound Like You?
