Join our dynamic team at Furnitalia as a Sales & Design Consultant

• at our new Folsom Premium Outlets furniture showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for an
• interior design and sales career where you will apply your passion for design in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-end retail setting
• Assist clients with design consultations and furniture selections
• Process sales and perform transactions using our sales and inventory systems
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Eager learner with a passion for high-end furniture and design
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a retail or design consulting is a plus Skills & Experience:
• Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Strong Communication Skills
• High School Diploma or higher

Compensation

Structure: Base pay (hourly) + Sales Commissions + Sales Target Bonus Does This Sound Like You?
