Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Partnerships - Account Manager to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding a portfolio of client accounts and managing strong relationships with these clients, driving sales growth, managing their day-to-day needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, business development and some elements of project management to ensure that clients are onboarded efficiently. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs, communicate those to the internal team as the 'voice of the customer' and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Utilize tools to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development roles in the digital pharmacy / telehealth / employer plans segment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Experience with warm calling techniques and building rapport with potential clients.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pricing, contract drafting and negotiating, and capacity forecasting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
