About the Role: As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy, leading the vision, execution, and alignment of all revenue-generating functions. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, deepening loyalty, and positioning our brand as the trusted choice in our market. This role requires a leader who blends strategic insight with hands-on execution -- someone who can design forward-looking sales and marketing strategies, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver measurable results. You will oversee sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring they work in unison to accelerate growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Success in this role means consistent growth in acquisition of customers, increased customer lifetime value, and higher revenue per customer through memberships, recurring programs, and diversified offerings. You will identify and capture untapped opportunities, optimize pricing and financing options, and ensure our brand communications are aligned and impactful. Responsibilities include: * Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. * Leading, mentoring, and aligning the sales, marketing, and customer service teams toward shared growth objectives and performance targets. * Increasing memberships and recurring engagement programs to deliver sustainable long-term value. * Driving expansion through new products, enhanced services, and accessible financing solutions. * Identifying and capturing untapped revenue opportunities, creating clear pathways to increase sales performance. * Overseeing customer communications and brand messaging to ensure consistency, authenticity, and impact across all channels. * Using customer insights, data analytics, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. * Partnering with marketing to optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI. * Guiding pricing strategies to balance competitiveness, customer value, and profitability. * Owning revenue forecasting, goal-setting, and performance reporting, ensuring accountability and transparency at every level. * Fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and customer-centered innovation across the organization. Role Requirements: * 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2C sales and marketing. * Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams, as well as driving measurable revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. * Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
