We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Medical Sales Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in medical and healthcare sales. You will be responsible for educating healthcare providers, clinics, and/or clients on our insurance products and helping them understand coverage options that best meet their needs. No prior medical sales experience is required -- we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on medical insurance products, benefits, and coverage options
• Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual presentations
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
• Stay up to date on insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with professionals and building relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, but not required)
