Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the online sales process, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales in the automotive sector. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively managing the sales pipeline. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication via email, chat, and phone. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Utilize retail math and inventory management skills to track sales performance and manage stock levels. * Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure accurate information is provided to customers regarding vehicle availability and features. * Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all interactions with potential clients. * Provide exceptional follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Familiarity with retail math concepts and inventory management processes. * Experience in outside sales or outbound sales is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing the sales pipeline. * A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
