About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Transportation Brokerage Sales Representative to grow our customer base and manage freight accounts. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want unlimited earning potential. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating freight solutions using our carrier network and internal tools. Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and acquire new shipper accounts * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Understand customer shipping needs and provide tailored transportation solutions * Negotiate rates and margins with shippers and carriers * Manage accounts from onboarding through ongoing operations * Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure successful freight execution * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions Qualifications * Proven sales experience (transportation, logistics, or brokerage experience preferred but not required) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-starter with the ability to work independently * Results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term account growth * Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure * Familiarity with TMS, CRM systems, or freight brokerage tools is a plus Compensation $50,000 base, must hit gross revenue KPI as follows: Month 1: No minimum requirement Month 2: $10,000 gross revenue must be met to earn the 2% commission Month 3: $20,000 gross revenue must be met to earn the 2% commission Month 4: $40,000 gross revenue must be met to earn the 2% commission Must be at $50,000 gross revenue by month 6 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Gym membership * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In personInnovative Transport Solutions
