Sales Design Consultant (High-Commission Role) Custom Pools & Outdoor Living Pacific Pools & Patios - Riverside County, CA Full-Time | Commission-Driven | Strong Lead Flow This Is Not an Entry-Level Sales Job We are looking for a proven closer --someone who is comfortable selling $75K -$150K+ custom projects, guiding clients through a design-build process, and closing with confidence and integrity. About Pacific Pools & Patios In business since 1992, Pacific Pools & Patios designs and builds custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces throughout Riverside County. We focus on quality, transparency, and long-term client relationships--no high-pressure tactics. What You 'll Do

• Meet with qualified, company-provided leads
• Conduct on-site consultations and uncover client needs and budgets
• Design and present custom pool and outdoor living solutions
• Build value, handle objections, and close contracts
• Manage follow-ups and revisions through contract execution
• Maintain organized notes, pipeline activity, and communication Who This Role Is For
