We are seeking an ambitious, driven, career-oriented individual to join our Farmers Insurance team. The goal of our program is to help develop your skills, and help you meet the necessary goals to become your own insurance agency owner. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone to evaluate needs and recommend the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Responsibilities: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services. - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. - Capitalize on cross sale opportunities to further protect customers from financial risk. - Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day. - Ability to meet personal and team oriented goals in a timely manner. Requirements: - Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. - Ability to multi-task and learn quickly. - Ability to effectively present products to potential clients. - Must be willing to get property and casualty state license in the first 30 days. - Depending on the program chosen, must be willing to get life and health state license within 90 days.
