Schedule: * Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts. * Dealership hours between 9:00am-7:00pm, open Monday-Saturday What You'll Do: As a Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted guide to customers--listening to their needs, educating them on the latest Lexus models and technology, and helping them choose the perfect vehicle. You'll be part of a team that values integrity, service, and collaboration. Qualifications: * Valid Driver's License. * College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment). * Dealership experience is a plus!
