We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in account management, sales, client relations, and business development. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. We provide hands-on training in sales, communication, leadership, territory management, networking, and management skills. You'll also gain experience delivering simple presentations and building strong professional relationships. What You'll Do: * Represent our clients by connecting and helping them find the best services for their needs. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage client relationships and track activities. * Engage in face-to-face and virtual client interactions to build and maintain strong connections. * Actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing. * Work with a passionate, supportive team that celebrates your wins. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (ie hospitality, retail, restaurant, etc) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A team-player mindset with a drive to succeed. * Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment. * Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
