Job Summary - We are seeking a Technical Sales and Service Representative to join our sales/service team. You will build relationships with existing customers by maintaining and managing their industrial infrastructure while pursuing growth opportunities. Ultimately you will be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts. -Maintain existing water treatment customer base in accordance with current service level agreements. -Execute sales goals in assigned competitively-held accounts. -Provide technical support to customers: identifying and resolving customer issues and needs. -Analyze perspective customer needs and meet those needs via proposals, negotiations and business contracts. -Must have valid Drivers License. Professional Qualifications: - Technical Degree or equivalent experience (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) - HVAC commercial service work/maintenance experience a plus. - Industrial Facilities Maintenance. - 2 years + technical sales experience. - Working knowledge of boilers, coolers, closed loops, HVAC, thermal storage. - Any combination of listed education, experience and skills listed above. Physical and Mental Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills. - Strong time management skills and ability to work with minimal direction. -Ability to analyze readings and organize date in logical manner and be able to explain the data to clients. - Possess above-average verbal and written communication skills. - Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, and hearing. * - Sometimes working in temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
