Applicants with previous work experience from UPS Store, Fedex Office, Kinkos, Staples, print shops HIGHLY encouraged to apply _ *Graphic Design and Printing experience a plus*_ _ Higher wage for Applicants with previous job experience from UPS Store, Fedex Office, Kinkos, Staples, print shops_ *12pm-6:00pm shift Monday through Friday Saturday 11-4 (Must be able to work Saturday's-flexible time) RESPONSIBILITIES * Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries * Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership * Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions * Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends * Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others * Maintains a clean and safe working environment QUALIFICATIONS Good communication and people skills * Prompt, reliable, and responsible * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites * Outstanding phone skills * Ability to cross sell and up sell * Graphic Design and Printing Experience a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math * Able to lift 40+ pounds * Able to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects * Ability to work under pressure from time to time BENEFITS Employee discount program Raise for any who are/become a notary. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance.
