Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role requires a combination of hands-on sales leadership, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies that support company growth. Key Responsibilities, Leadership, & Team Management: * Recruit, train, mentor, and develop members of the sales team. * Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. * Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. * Foster a positive, high-energy, goal-oriented team culture. Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. * Establish sales goals, KPIs, and tracking systems to monitor team performance. * Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on lead generation, messaging, and customer experience. Qualifications Required: * 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making. Preferred: * Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related service-based industry. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Existing connections within the Arlington/Dallas-Fort Worth business community.
