Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus - Cash handling experience is preferred - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
