WHAT YOU'LL DO As part of the Gameway team, the Business Development Sales Representative embarks on an epic journey to connect with airport concessions teams across the country and convince them that every terminal needs a Gameway. With charisma and negotiating prowess, you'll secure prime real estate in terminals nationwide. You'll evaluate potential new locations, negotiate leasing terms, and close deals to launch new Gameway lounges and concepts. WHY GAMEWAY? To learn more about us, visit [please apply online] WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (_ Require Qualifications_): * Sales Rockstar: Previous experience crushing quotas in airports, malls, advertising, or related sales. We want someone who has a big personality and can land major partnerships. * Networking Guru: Able to make connections with high-ranking execs easily and leave a lasting impression. * Creative Thinker/Writer: Able to craft killer proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that get deals signed. We need a wordsmith who can tell our story powerfully. * Organized Multi-Tasker: Exceptional at managing multiple projects and pushing them to completion. Our rapid growth means there's never a dull moment. * Strategic Thinker: Have sharp sales, marketing, negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills. Thinking big picture while focusing on the details is crucial. * Fast Learner: Learning the airport industry can feel like a huge task, but we have a support team to help you navigate the details if you are a fast learner. * Road Warrior: About 50% travel is required to evaluate potential new locations and attend industry events. (_ Preferred Qualifications_): * Airport Insider: Previous experience navigating airport operations is a plus. The airport industry is unique, and understanding how it is structured and operates is beneficial to hit the ground running in this role. * Knowledge of the Government RFP Process: Government RFP's can be tricky; one false move and we take an "L". Knowing the RFP process will give you a leg up in this role. * Legal Contract Knowledge: Attorneys can be hard to understand. If you can understand hundreds of pages of legal contracts, let's go! * Creative Maverick: We're pioneers, so there's no playbook. We'd need someone nimble who loves venturing into uncharted territory. * Presentation Pro: If you thrive speaking to big crowds and sharing your expertise, you'll love representing us at conferences and events.
