Duties * Greet customers warmly and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages engagement * Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services * Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store offerings to maximize sales opportunities Experience * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required--enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed Pay: $40,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * rv or automotive sales : 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Sales persons license (Preferred) Work Location: In person
