Intrepid are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our North America Sales Team based in Denver, USA. In this management role, you will oversee a team of Adventure Consultants, Admin Consultants and Affiliate Specialists to exceed targets whilst delivering sustainable, experience-rich travel to our customers to get them on their next adventure! If you can manage daily operations, drive productivity through continuous improvement, collaborate across teams to maintain best practice, and balance strategic thinking with team management, with an overarching contribution to our global sales strategy, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position, operating out of our office in Denver, USA on a hybrid basis, paying $65-75k base salary. *Some of the experience you 'll bring with you may include: * Experience in managing a high performing sales team and proven ability to achieve KPI's * Exposure to the travel industry and/or call centre operations * Previous team management experience including training, coaching and development * Management training and/or qualifications advantageous * Personal and/or professional travel experience in our destinations * Experience with and understanding of computer reservations systems and CRMs Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit: Intrepid is made up of 71 nationalities in over 30 countries, and we recognise that diversity makes us a stronger business.
