You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring they get maximum value from our products and services, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership. Functional Responsibilities Brilliant POS provides complete point of sale systems; hardware, software, training, support, and additional related services for retail, restaurant, and service based businesses nationwide. Some responsibilities include: Account Ownership and Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned strategic accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and proactive communication. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to align on goals, performance, and future opportunities. Revenue Growth and Expansion Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to close new business. Build and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Forecast account performance and contribute to pipeline planning and revenue targets. Customer Success and Retention Deeply understand customer business objectives, use cases, and success metrics; translate them into actionable plans. Monitor account health, usage, and adoption to anticipate risks and intervene early to prevent churn. Champion the customer internally, working with support, product, and operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Strategic Planning and Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive experience for strategic accounts. Provide structured feedback from customers to internal teams to influence product roadmap and service improvements. Contribute to playbooks, processes, and best practices for managing and growing strategic accounts. Operational Excellence and Reporting Maintain accurate account records, contacts, and activity in the CRM. Prepare and present performance reports, renewal forecasts, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Track and report on key account metrics such as revenue, retention, NPS/CSAT, and expansion. Job Requirements * 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * Proven track record of managing a book of business and consistently meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets. * Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior/executive-level contacts * Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Solid organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple high-value accounts and projects simultaneously * Computer/technology competence * Steady work history Who We're Looking to Hire We believe in autonomy, giving our employees the freedom they need to excel without being micro-managed.
